Attorney William Friel of Birmingham, AL; ethical dwarf

The state of Alabama presented William Eugene Friel with law license in 1981 after he graduated from the Birmingham Law School. 

The Alabama State Bar Association found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy found it acceptable in failing to file an appeal brief on behalf of his client with the 11^th Circuit Court of Appeals.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Billy practices in Birmingham, Alabama.
