Judge Katherine Feinstein of San Francisco; apologist for Judicial Misfits   Sadly Judge Katherine Feinstein was appointed to the California Judicial Commission in March 2007. Even sadder is the fact that her term on the Commission doesn’t end until February 2011.
Unfortunately in 2000, Judge Feinstein was successful in duping the voters in San Francisco into electing her to the Superior Court. She previously served as a deputy district and city attorney (aka, gopher) and worked for the Mayor’s office. Put simply, Judge Katherine Feinstein has had her significant snout implanted in the public trough since graduating from law school in 1984.
Recently, Judge Feinstein was involved in judging the egregious misconduct of Judge Anthony Edwards of Redding, California. An article re: Judge Anthony Edwards’ misconduct can be found at the URL below.

As a member of the Judicial Commission, Judge Feinstein ruled that Judge Edwards was guilty of filing a false affidavit (aka, perjury which is a felony in California) and that his conduct reflected a “disregard of the court’s obligation to the public.”
The ruling went on to say that Judge Edwards’ conduct “undermines the integrity of the judiciary” in creating the appearance of favoritism.
Despite ruling that Judge Edwards’ was a perjurer and a certified loser that has no business sitting in judgment of anyone, Judge Feinstein voted to provide him with a complimentary public admonishment.
It is indeed troubling that someone of Judge Feinstein’s ilk is empowered to mete out punishment to Judicial Misfits in California. Obviously, she is not qualified to so act given her asinine ruling in the matter of Judge Edwards.
Apparently, Feinstein the Enabler isn’t troubled when a judge gives false testimony and engages in an assortment of egregious misconduct. What a loser!
