The state of Ohio presented Lawrence Joseph Kramer Jr. with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Aided non-lawyer in illegal practice of law
• Improperly accepted payment from person to provide services to another

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Larry.
