The Law Society presented Robert Gary Douglas with a law license in 2004.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to obtain client’s written consent re: conflict of interest
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Improperly communicated with person represented by counsel

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $1500 penalty.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Gary practices at Suite 3/66 Poinciana Avenue in Queensland, Australia.
