The Law Society presented Glen De Fraine with a law license in 1985.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Glen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Glen by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
