The State of South Carolina presented Mark Andrew Peper Sr. with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Significantly overstated qualifications to act as trustee
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Knowingly and intentionally lied to probate judge
• Failed to maintain receipt and disbursement journal
• Failed to obtain probate court approval prior to transfer of property title
• Failed to advise probate judge he had titled estate property to himself
• Encumbered estate property by borrowing $112,00 from estate
• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Failed to abide by probate court orders
• Accepted personal injury case despite have no prior experience
• Allowed statute of limitations on personal injury matter to expire
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client property

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
