Judge Gene Heintz of Sardinia, NY; idiotic loser

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Heintz guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was sitting as a Justice of the Town Court in Sardinia, Erie County.

• Acted in a biased manner in a dangerous dog matter
• Failed to be faithful to the law
• Summarily ended a trial after prosecutor presented his case
• Denied defendant due process rights
• Refused to allow defendant to testify at trial
• Failed to uphold integrity of the judiciary 
• Failed to respect and uphold the law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Gene by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. January 2016, Gene continues to sit as a Justice of the Town Court in Sardinia, Erie County.
