Attorney Barbara Franklin of DC; ethical dwarf

The District of Columbia presented Barbara Washington Franklin with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Barbara guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly acted as advocate in matter wherein she was a witness
• Refused to withdraw as counsel after receipt of warning to so act

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Barbara by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Barbara practices at 5335 Wisconsin Avenue in Washington, DC.
