Attorney Joseph Romanello Jr. of Danbury, CT; ethical gremlin

The state of Connecticut provided Joseph John Romanello Jr. with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Western Connecticut University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to obtain payoff statement regarding loan
• Failed to obtain land records re: subordination agreement
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2014) Joey practices with the Romanello Law Firm at 57 North Street in Danbury, Connecticut.
