Judge Maxwell Cooke of London, England; bullying loser
At the time of his misconduct, Judge Cooke was assigned as a fee-paid Tribunal Judge of the Social Entitle Chamber of the First-Tier Tribunal.
The Disciplinary Commission found Max guilty of the following misconduct.
Max found it acceptable to warn a claimant in a bullying manner. On another occasion, he raised his voice in an angry manner.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits, The Lord Chancellor and Senior President of Tribunals punished Max by gifting him with a complimentary warning.
As we speak (ca. January 2016), Max continues to sit as a fee-paid Tribunal Judge of the Social Entitle Chamber of the First-Tier Tribunal in London, England. |
