Attorney Stephen Orso of Mobile; idiotic loser

The state of Alabama presented Stephan Keith Orso law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to allow client to make informed decisions regarding representation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to take necessary steps to protect client’s interest after being fired
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Made a false statement of material fact

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Stevie practices in Mobile, Alabama.
