Attorney Donald Russo of Easton, PA; moron, repeat offender

The state of Pennsylvania presented Donald P. Russo with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

• Failed to serve client’s False Claims Act on U.S. Attorney
• Failed to serve motion to unseal client’s complaint on U.S. Attorney
• Failed to timely file response to government’s motion to dismiss client’s case
• Federal judge dismissed client’s False Claims Act case with prejudice
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to advise client’s that malpractice insurance coverage had lapsed
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter

As one would suspect this wasn’t Donnie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received on (1) complimentary admonition and one (1) complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Donnie practices at 3705 William Penn Highway in Easton, Pennsylvania.
