Attorney Michael Borkowski of Sacramento; serial offender

The state of California provided Michael Frank Borkowski with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the Lincoln College of Law in Sacramento, which is a 4^th tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t get accepted into mainstream schools like UCLA, Pepperdine, USC or Stanford.

The California State Bar Court found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

Mike’s 4^th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide promised for services to client
• Failed to initiate writ proceedings on client’s behalf
• Never returned client phone calls
• Failed to respond to letter from client’s wife
• Failed to provide status updates to client
• Failed to return client file to client after being fired
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fee

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

Mike’s 5^th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to keep client informed of developments in her case
• Failed to respond to client inquiries
• Failed to perform competently (idiot)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

In addition to the two findings of misconduct aforementioned, Mike previously received two (2) complimentary reprovals and one (1) complimentary suspension of his law license,
