Attorney Chesterfield Spahr of San Francisco; idiot, repeater

The state of California provided Chesterfield A. Spahr with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Chester guilty of the following misconduct.

Chester’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to pay three court-ordered sanctions
• Issued judgment v. client for failing to appear for trial
• Failed to respond to opposing party’s motion for sanctions
• Sanctioned $986 for discovery violations
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Chester!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Chester by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

Chester’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to perform legal services competently (idiot)
• Failed to advise client of significant developments in her case
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Chester!)
• Repeatedly misrepresented (lied) to client re: status of case
• Client’s case dismissed when Chester failed to appear at two court hearings
• Failed to inform client of dismissal of her case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Chester by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Chester practices at 311 Ninth Avenue in San Francisco, California.
