Attorney Cheryl Cayce of Tucson; ethical leprechaun

The state of Arizona presented Cheryl C.  Cayce with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Cheryl guilty of misconduct as set forth below.

• Filed inaccurate or misleading documents in guardianship matter
• Filed petition and appeared at hearing w/o giving notice to opposing party
• Failed to timely steps to correct inaccurate/misleading evidence
• Failed to inform court of all material facts known to her

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Cheryl by gifting her with yet another complimentary 3-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Cheryl practices with Cayce & Associates in Tucson, Arizona.
