Attorney Sam Eck of Bellevue, WA; repeat offender

 

The state of Washington presented Sam K. Eck with a law license in 1983.

 

The Washington State Bar found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Sammy’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Drafted client's will with $50,000 gift to himself

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

Sammy’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Shared attorney fees with non-lawyer
  • Failed to obtain consent from clients with adverse interests

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Sammy practices at 2950 Northrup Way in Bellevue, Washington.
