Attorney Tracy Collins of Spokane; lying loser

The state of Washington presented Tracy Scott Collins with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Tracy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• While visiting a client at the Spokane County Jail, Tracy misrepresented the client’s fiancée as his paralegal

The jail matter, took place while Tracy was visiting a client at the Spokane County Jail, Tracy knowingly misrepresented [lied] the client’s fiancée as his “paralegal” to a jail employee in order to provide the fiancée access to his client in the attorney visitation booth.

Although the fiancée had worked in Tracy’s office in the past, on that date she was not employed by him and was not his legal assistant or paralegal.

Subsequently, jail staff determined that the fiancée could not visit Tracy’s client and he went into the jail by himself. It was ruled that Tracy’s actions could have caused a significant security breach at the jail. 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Tracy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Tracy practices at 1312 North Monroe Street in Spokane, Washington.
