Attorney David Browne of Woodland Hills, CA; idiotic loser

The state of California provided David Milton Browne with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The California State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform legal services competently (idiot)
• Failed to appear at hearing to compel discovery responses
• Failed to abide by court order
• Default entered against client for failure to abide by court order
• Paid $140 court reporter fee with bad check (rubber)
• Failed to appear at status conference hearing
• Sanctioned $2,000 by court for failure to attend hearing

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dave.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Dave practices at 21900 Burbank Blvd in Woodland Hills, California, which is a suburb of Los Angeles.
