Attorney Jesse Aschenberg of Denver; lying loser

The state of Colorado provided Jesse Chad Aschenberg with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Jesse guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made false statement of material fact to bankruptcy trustee
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Intentionally reduced amount of unsecured debt in bankruptcy filing

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jesse by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month  suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Jesse practices with Bankruptcy Law Professionals of Colorado at 4610 South Ulster Street in Denver, Colorado.
