Attorney Daniel Murphy of Denver; ethical goblin

The state of Colorado provided Daniel Michael Murphy with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligently mishandled six client matters
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Danny practices with Daniel M. Murphy PC at 217 East Seventh Street in Denver, Colorado.
