Attorney Eugene Odifu of Denver; cheating idiot

The state of Colorado provided Eugene Chuck Odifu with a law license in 1995.

The Colorado State Bar found Gene guilty of the following misconduct.

• Deposited client funds in operating account rather than trust account
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to advise client he was leaving country for at least six weeks
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to respond to court requests
• Client’s case dismissed with prejudice due to negligence
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to refund unearned fees (cheater) ‘
• Failed to return client papers after being discharged

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado

Supreme Court punished Gene by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Gene practices with the Law Office of Chuck O. Egbune

at 1660 South Albion Street in Denver, Colorado.
