Attorney Zack Womack of Henderson, KY; cheating liar

The state of Kentucky presented Zack N. Womack with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Zack guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged contingency fee w/o providing client with written contract
• Failed to refund unearned fee (cheater)
• Made false statements to Bar investigator (Up yours, said Zack!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Zack by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (December 2015), Zack practices at 304 First Street in Henderson, Kentucky.
