Attorney Marsha Berry of Hollywood, FL; ethical misfit

The state of Oregon presented Marsha Berry with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Marsha guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Marsha was found in contempt for not complying with the terms and conditions of a Florida Lawyers Assistance Rehabilitation contract, including making timely payments of related fees.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Marsha by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Marsha practices at 2122 Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood, Florida.
