Attorney Ronald Spevack of Iselin, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Ronald W. Spevack with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to request appeal forms from Social Security Administration (SSA)
  • Failed to file SSA appeal on client’s behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Ronnie practices with the Spevack Law Firm in Iselin, New Jersey.
