Attorney Robert Spencer of Westfield, NJ; greedy loser

The state of New Jersey presented Robert F. Spencer with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Prepared will naming himself as a beneficiary
• Failed to advise client to seek independent advice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Bobby practices at 116 East Euclid Avenue in Westfield, New Jersey.
