Attorney Edward Engelhart of Fairfield, NJ; convicted felon

The state of New Jersey presented Edward George Engelhart with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Eddie pled guilty in the United States District Court of New Jersey to one count of conspiracy to structure transactions involving financial institutions to evade reporting requirements involving $10,000 or more.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Eddie practices at 230 Passaic Avenue in Fairfield, New Jersey.
