Attorney Goldie Sommer of Fairfield, NJ; convicted felon

The state of New Jersey presented Goldie C. Sommer with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Goldie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter ,Goldie pled guilty in the United States District Court of New Jersey to one count of conspiracy to structure transactions involving financial institutions to evade reporting requirements involving $10,000 or more.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Goldie practices with The Sommer Law Firm at 230 Passaic Avenue in Fairfield, New Jersey.
