Attorney Norman Shabel of Marlton, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Norman Shabel with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Norm guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to timely inform client of rising legal fees
  • Failed to properly communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Norm by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Norm practices in Marlton, New Jersey.
