Attorney Richard Seltzer of Jersey City; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Richard L. Seltzer with a law license in 1981.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Divulged confidential information to adverse party

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Dick practices in Jersey City, New Jersey.
