Attorney Bryan Schroll of Voorhees, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Bryan C. Scholl with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Temple University Law School. Nick also received a law license from the state of New York in 1981.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Bryan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in gross neglect
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Knowingly made a false statement of fact to a third person
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Bryan by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Bryan practices at 172 Brandywine Drive in Voorhees, New Jersey.
