Attorney Glen Schemanski of Camden, NJ; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented Glen L. Schemanski with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Glen guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Wrote check on insufficient bank account (rubber)
  • Shortages of up to $12,000 in trust account
  • Made payments to family members from trust account
  • Failed to maintain separate client ledgers
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to maintain trust receipts and disbursement books

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Glen by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Glen practices in Camden, New Jersey.
