Attorney Emilio Santiago of Clifton, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Emilio Santiago with a law license in 1995.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Emilio guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false statement of material fact to a tribunal
• Committed a criminal act
• Conduct adversely reflected on fitness to practice law
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Emilio by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Emilio practices in Clifton, New Jersey.
