Attorney Kimberly Tyler of Newark, NJ; repeat offender

 

The state of New Jersey presented Kimberly S. Tyler with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Kim guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Kim’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Exhibited gross neglect in six bankruptcy cases
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Communicated with person represented by counsel

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Kim by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

 

Kim’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to communicate with client re: bankruptcy matter
  • Failed to advise client that creditor added to bankruptcy petition

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Kim by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Kim practices at 744 Broad Street n Newark, New Jersey.
