Attorney Gregory Pivovar of Bellevue, NE; serial offender

The state of Nebraska presented Gregory A. Pivovar with a law license in 1979.

Disciplinary Counsel found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to provide client with notice of appeal
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to advise client of 30 day limit to file appeal
  • Failed to return client calls and/or respond to client letters
  • Failed to provide competent legal services (moron)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Billy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received four (4) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Greg practices at 2312 Cornhusker in Bellevue, Nebraska.
