Attorney Richard Parker of Nevada, IA; lying loser

The state of Iowa presented Richard O. Parker with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a misrepresentation (lied) to the court
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Dick!)
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a second complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Dick practices with the Parker Law Firm at 1009 Sixth Street in Nevada, Iowa.
