Attorney Douglas Haymore II of Sandy, UT; ethical gremlin

The state of Utah presented Douglas Haymore II with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to terminate or decline representation when required to do so

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Doug practices with the Symbiot Business Group, Inc. at 810 East 9400 South, in Sandy, Utah.
