Attorney Matthew Storey of Murray, UT; ethical elf

The state of Utah presented Matthew J. Storey with a law license in 1985.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Matty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
