Attorney William Halls of Kamas, UT; ethical misfit

The state of Utah presented William C. Halls with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Provided inadequate information to investors

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Billy practices at 4180 Woodland View Drive in Kamas, Utah.
