Attorney Curt Morris of Tooele, UT; ethical gremlin

The state of Utah presented Curt W. Morris with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Curt guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Curt by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year term of probation.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Curt practices with Bonewell Morris & Greene at 7 South Main in Tooele, Utah.
