Attorney Charles Loyd of Salt Lake City; ethical dwarf

The state of Utah presented Charles F. Loyd with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to expedite client litigation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Charlie practices with the Law Office of Charles F. Loyd at 1096 South 800 East in Salt Lake City, Utah.
