Attorney David Maddox of South Jordan, UT; thieving loser

The state of Utah presented David R. Maddox with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

While a partner in a law firm, the firm discovered that Dave misappropriated (stole) client funds for his own personal use.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Dwight by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Dave practices at 1234 West South Jordan Parkway in South Jordan, Utah.
