Attorney Dwight Epperson of Salt Lake City; moronic loser

The state of Utah presented Dwight J.L. Epperson with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Dwight guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Negotiated unfair loan on behalf of client
• Made loans from client trust funds to himself and other clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Dwight by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
