Attorney Vaughan-Michael Cordes of Rogers, AR; ethical elf

The state of Arkansas presented Vaughan-Michael Cordes with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Vaughan guilty of the following misconduct.

On at least three (3) occasions, Vaughan knowingly filed bankruptcy petition even though he knew none of the petitioners had actually signed the petition.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Vaughn by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Vaughan practices at 17482 Key Road in Rogers, Arkansas.
