Attorney Neil Johnson of Tolland, CT; serial offender

The state of Connecticut provided Neil Johnson with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Neil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Pursued a claim that he knew to be frivolous

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Neil’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a two (2) complimentary suspensions of his law license and one (1) reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Neil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Neil practices at 1394 Tolland Stage Road in Tolland, Connecticut.
