Attorney Ann Mercer of Portland, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided Ann Mercer with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Northwestern University The Oregon State Bar found Priscilla guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in the state of Washington
• Engaged in improper ex parte (one sided) communications
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Ann by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
