Attorney John Akwuba of Woodbury, MN; terrorist batterer

The state of Minnesota presented John Nwabuwane Akwuba with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Texas.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of making terrorist threats
  • Repeatedly punched his 7-year-son
  • Police had to use stun gun to stop Johnny from punching his son
  • Mishandled client funds
  • Submitted false affidavit in disciplinary proceeding (Up yours, said Johnny!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Minnesota are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Johnny was never criminally charged with perjury, which is a felony.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Johnny practices in Woodbury, Minnesota.
