Attorney Eric Naslund of Sylvan Lake, MI; repeat offender

The state of Michigan presented Eric L. Naslund with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Michigan State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel 63 found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

Eric’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to promptly notify third person of receipt of funds
• Failed to pay funds to person lawfully entitled to same

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Eric’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Commingled personal funds with funds belong to others
• Failed to hold client funds separate from his personal funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.
