Attorney Thomas Lavigne of Detroit; ethical dwarf

The state of Michigan presented Thomas M. J. Lavigne with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Michigan State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #14 found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Used methods to obtain evidence that violated rights of a person
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct that exposed legal profession to contempt (What’s new?)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Tommy practices with Cannabis Counsel PLC at 2930 East Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, Michigan.
