Attorney John Taylor II of San Antonio; ethical elf

The state of Texas presented John Fisher Taylor II with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

The Grievance Committee found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to keep client informed of status legal matter
  • Failed to account for fees paid
  • Failed to hold client funds in client trust account
  • Failed to return client file

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Johnny practices with the Law Office of John F. Taylor at 310 South Saint Mary’s Street in San Antonio, Texas.
