Attorney Scott Huber of Dallas; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Scott K. Huber with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Texas Wesleyan University Law School.

The Grievance Committee found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Scotty!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jose’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary stayed suspensions of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Scotty practices with the Archigia Group in Dallas, Texas.
